Can I return my product?
All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. In cases where you DO receive a defective item, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to replace the item for you within 14 days upon receiving your item. Please email us at hello@journea.co.uk for us to assist you with the replacement.
